Standard Delivery Hours: Mon-Fri 7am to 4pm

DELIVERY FEES

Weekdays 4:00pm-6pm: $150

Weekdays 6pm-9pm: $350

9pm-5am: $500

Saturdays: $125 (Cash Only)

After 4pm: $200

Sundays: $250 Holidays: $500

Deliveries beyond metro area: $10 per mile for each mile beyond specified mileage point. *Chiloquin subject to additional fees based on yardage.

Unloading Time: 10 minutes per cu. yard thereafter $2.50/ minute. Standby Time: $150//hr. or $2.50/ minute.

Show up- No Delivery: $150.00

Accelerator: Extra Charge. 1%, 2%, 3% Available. Extra Charge.

Fiber: $12/yard. Hot Water: Required Nov-Mar. $7.00/ yard

DELIVERY POLICIES

LT Excavating & Precast Industries is not responsible for any damages incurred to property, utilities, or materials once services are rendered or delivered. Concrete is a natural material subject to curing variables and environmental conditions. Hairline cracking, surface checking, discoloration, and other cosmetic or structural variations may occur over time and are not considered defects. LT Excavating & Precast Industries does not guarantee against cracking, shifting, or material movement after installation or delivery.

Customer is responsible for ensuring safe, stable, and adequate access to the delivery or job site prior to scheduled service. If the delivery location is deemed unsafe, unstable, obstructed, or otherwise inaccessible, the driver reserves the right to refuse delivery at their sole discretion. Customer assumes full responsibility for any additional offload time, delays, towing, recovery services, equipment damage, or truck damage resulting from unsuitable site conditions. Any costs incurred due to the truck becoming stuck, immobilized, or damaged will be billed to the customer at time and materials rates. By scheduling services you agree to these policies.

LT Concrete – Payment Terms & Conditions: Payment is due at the time of delivery unless prior written arrangements have been approved. We accept cash or check at delivery, and a valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file at the time of scheduling. The card on file will not be charged unless it is the selected payment method or becomes necessary due to non-payment. Any account 30 days or more past due will be assessed a late fee of 10% of the total invoice or $50, whichever is greater. LT Concrete reserves the right to charge the card on file for unpaid balances, applicable late fees, or outstanding invoices. By scheduling services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
